Monday, November 18: Morning beekeeping tour at Apisaurum and afternoon wine tasting at a fine secret cellar with Concierge Daniel
Tuesday, November 19: Apple tasting and tour at CAFA Merano, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Wednesday, November 20: Free day for indulgence
Thursday, November 21: Cooking class with Chef Arno (typical South Tyrolean dishes) - simple and delicious; followed by a communal meal of the dishes
Friday, November 22: Gourmet walk by Sissitours, 10:00 am - 1:15 pm
Saturday, November 23: Free day for indulgence
Sunday, November 24: Culinary farewell greeting
