True to this motto, Chef Arno Fritz creates new culinary delights on a daily basis. He discovered his passion for cooking in early childhood, when he used to cook with his mother. He began his professional career in Nauders at the Resia Pass. He further deepened his knowledge and experience while spending several in Austria, Switzerland and Germany, during which he developed his refined culinary touch.
Since 2004 Arno Fritz has been the master of his own domain in the Meranerhof’s kitchen. Unique – delicious – refined it must be! His culinary creations and undeniable talent set the fine tone for the Meranerhof’s cuisine. A true highlight for every connoisseur’s palate!
